Return / Refund Policy

Return Goods Policy
Authorization
All returns must be authorized by VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., prior to receipt. Product must be returned within 7 day of purchase. Authorizations are valid for 7 days. Return authorizations (RAs) may be arranged either phoning Customer Service at 1-786-220-3634 or by contacting a VMI Medical Supplies, Inc. sales representative. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customer’s expense, destroyed by VMI Medical Supplies, Inc. discretion, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued to customer. This policy applies to all customers unless superseded by a separate written agreement that includes specific return goods terms and conditions.
Return Procedure
After obtaining an RA, each return must include the following information:
• Customer’s name, address and account number.
• RA number.
• Original PO number or original VMI Medical Supplies, Inc. order number.
• Lot number and expiration dates where applicable.

Return Policy
Defective products are returnable with prior authorization. Non-defective products may be returned, provided customer has obtained prior authorization from VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., if such products are in salable condition and suitable for restocking. Freight, administrative cost and restocking may apply as noted in the Restocking Fee Scheduled listed below. Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The following conditions will not be considered for return.
• Products purchased more than three months prior to return request.
• Products considered hazardous materials.
• Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.
• Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging.
• Refrigerated items.
• Packs broken, breached or damaged.
• Items in unsalable units of measure where product cannot be resold.
• Returns prohibited by state law*.
• Products with less than 6 months shelf life remaining based on expiration dates.
• Third party vendor products that require a vendor return authorization are subject to the vendor’s return policy and applicable fees.
• Issuance of an RA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to the other terms of this policy.


Damages or Shortages
In an effort to minimize any delay in resolving a damage or shortage claim, customer is required to count all receipts prior to customer’s acceptance of delivery from the carrier. All damages or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s freight bill or bill of lading and be countersigned by the customer. The damaged products must remain in the original carton, in the event inspection is required by the transportation company. Customer must notify VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., of any damages in transit or product shortages within two (2) business days of receipt, or VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement. Contact VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., Customer Service at 1-786-220-3634 or a VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., sales representative to report damages or shortages.
Products Shipped in Error by VMI Medical Supplies, Inc.
Customer must notify VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error by VMI Medical Supplies, Inc. are freely returnable for full credit, provided that such returns are made within seven (7) days of receipt.
Defective product
Defective product, properly noted damaged product and returns that are the result of a VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., error may be returned at VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., expense and for a full credit, subject to the other provisions of this policy.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are at the sole discretion of VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., Refunds can be given for orders canceled within 24 hrs., of order placement. All refunds are subject to freight, administrative cost and restocking fees.

Limitations Of Liability:
The customer agrees to look solely to the manufacturer of the product for any claim arising due to loss, injury, damage or death related to the use or sale of products. VetMeds, Inc SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS AND LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY BREACH TO THIS AGREEMENT (OR ANY DUTY OF COMMON LAW, AND WHETHER OR NOT OCCASIONED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., INC OR ITS AFFILIATES), REGARDLESS OF ANY NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Warranties:
VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., will pass through to the customer, at the time of sale, any transferable product warranties, indemnities and remedies provided to VMI Medical Supplies, Inc.,  by the applicable manufacturer. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VMI MEDICAL SUPPLIES, INC PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THE CUSTOMER SHALL LOOK TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY WARRANTY THEREON.
The VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., Price Policy:

We endeavor to maintain prices for the duration of a catalog, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturers’ price increases or extraordinary circumstances. Prices are subject to change without notice.
VMI Medical Supplies, Inc. (“VMI Medical”) and customer agree that the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth shall govern the relationship between VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., and the customer to the extent that the parties do not have a written agreement in effect that conflicts with such terms and conditions. Customer acknowledges and accepts all such terms and conditions by placing an order for goods with VMI Medical Supplies, Inc., and upon VMI Medical Supplies, Inc. delivery of the order to the customer.
